please publish more about catanduanes especially on development issues. i feel happy to be a part of catanduanes because it is the birth province of my father. catanduanes has improved a lot but as what are those improvements are well known to the rest of the bicolanos.they might think it’s a mountainous typhoon stricken province and has nothing to show to people that would encourage them to visit the province. catanduanes is the next tourist destination; it has a beautiful surfing ground located at puraran, baras.
