Narra Multipurpose Cooperative, Inc. serves as a vehicle for progress of farmers and marginalized people in communities around the San Roque Multipurpose Project (SRMP) in Pangasinan, Philippines. It was founded by Retired Vice Admiral Virgilio Q. Marcelo in 2000 to help alleviate the plight of the poor farmers in his hometown in San Manuel, Pangasinan.

Finally Narra Multipurpose Cooperative, Inc has a website now. Their cooperative is really big help to our beloved farmers.
