The legendary Dagupeña Restaurant which started in 1928 was founded by Inacia Bernal (Bai Inacia). Her famous restaurant offers not just bangus but a variety of mouth watering dishes that have enriched the heritage of the region.

Their good quality ingredients has made every varied clientele ranges from politicians, media personalities, balikbayans, tourists, and locals, all craving Dagupeña’s world class recipes.

From their new location at National Highway in barangay San Miguel, Calasiao, Pangasinan, they also have franchise stores at Rustans, SM Superstores are Hypermarts, Shopwise, Cherry Fodarama, CVC, Ever Gotesco, Landmark and Terry’s Gourmet and Wine Selection.

Tarlac College of Agriculture,established as an autonomous State College in 1974. As a State College of Agriculture, it is entrusted to lead in the country’s social and economical advancements through relevant agriculture education programs, research and development, and functional extension services particularly in Central Luzon Region.

Most of TCA’s academic programs are Level II accredited. There is also an aggressive implementation of more research, extension and production projects like the Palayamanan, Cattle Breeding, Goat Production, High-Value Crops Production, Farmer Field Schools (for pakchoi , kamlong , sweetpotato, beef cattle), Tissue Culture of Ornamentals, Fruits and Vegetables, Sweetpotato Clean Planting Materials, Development of the Titi-Calao Reservations, etc.
